A long-term public laboratory for the AI era

Build systems that can earn trust.

Ordivon is a durable home for public work on systems, knowledge, governance, and human–AI collaboration. The aim is not merely to make machines capable, but to make consequential reasoning and action inspectable, bounded, and accountable.

01 / About

An umbrella, not a single product.

Ordivon began as an attempt to make epistemic governance executable: claims should remain distinct from evidence, confidence should not become authority, and important actions should leave durable receipts.

Those ideas are broader than one repository. They now inform other work, including FinHarness, where governance principles are applied to personal capital state, financial judgment, review, and simulated execution. The domain is intended to outlive any single implementation.

02 / Current work

Ideas become systems.

Foundational project

Ordivon Core

An executable epistemology governance system for the AI era. It separates claims from evidence, frames authority, classifies debt, and produces honest receipts for consequential work.

FinHarness

An AI-native personal financial judgment layer for seeing capital state, risk, decision rationale, reviewable options, and what happened afterward. Its current execution substrate is simulated-only.

Capital governance · human review · traceable decisions

03 / Principles

A small set of hard boundaries.

01

Claims are not evidence

Every conclusion should preserve the source, transformation, and limits of what supports it.

02

Confidence is not authority

Persuasive output does not grant permission to decide, approve, publish, or execute.

03

Governance is executable

Policies should constrain real workflows, not exist only as prose beside the system.

04

Receipts outlive explanations

Important actions should leave durable evidence that can be reviewed after the conversation ends.

04 / Direction

Publish only what exists.

Public now

Laboratory site and repositories

This site is the current experimental public surface. Canonical project evidence remains in the linked GitHub repositories and their review histories.

Reserved, not published

Notes, documentation, applications, APIs, and MCP

These may become separate Ordivon surfaces when real maintained content or services exist. No availability is implied today, and no placeholder service is presented as complete.

05 / Contact

Inspect the work in public.

Ordivon is currently maintained through public repositories. Use GitHub to inspect the source, history, issues, and review evidence, or to open a project-specific discussion without exposing private contact information.

Capability should not outrun accountability.

Build slowly. Publish evidence. Keep authority bounded.
